What participants are saying...
"Amirah has clearly put so much thought and intention into creating a warm, welcoming, and beautiful space. She is incredibly knowledgeable and excels at guiding deep conversations. We learned so much essential postpartum knowledge with her that our hospital class didn't cover—particularly around postpartum mental health (including the neurological and hormonal changes a mother goes through) and relationship dynamics. She cleared up several misconceptions we had, offering a comforting and normalizing posture toward the wild ride that will be postpartum and new parenthood. We left with concrete plans and action items for intentional communication, self-care, establishing a support system, and navigating the overwhelm as a team. We couldn't recommend her New Parent GPS course enough - you simply won't learn this at the hospital!" - Workshop particpant

Workshop for new parents or expecting couples!
More Coming Soon! Dates announced soon.

Becoming a parent is one of the most profound transitions you'll ever navigate, and you don't have to figure it out alone.
New Parent GPS is a full-day prenatal workshop designed for expecting couples who want more than just a birth plan. We'll give you the tools, language, and perspective to move through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood as a united and healthy team.
With the guidance of a seasons perinatal mental health expert, (Amirah David) together we'll explore the emotional, mental, and physical arc of the perinatal journey, how to keep your relationship strong as your family grows, communication strategies for navigating stress, and how to recognize and tend to your mental health along the way.
You'll leave with a real map for the road ahead - not just for the birth, but for everything that comes after. This is the beginning.
Next dates TBA · Phoenix, Oregon - Three 2-hour classes · $200 per couple (financial assistance available for limited participates).
